Social Justice to Assist Society (SJAS) is registered trust for the empowerment of rural and tribal people of Palghar district of Maharsthra.
Likeminded people working for social development of the poor and marginalized formed SJAS in 2004.
SJAS conducts kindergarten programme for the small children in remote hamlets of the rural areas of Palghar district.
It also promotes self help groups for the rural and tribal women.
SJAS activities are implemented with the guidance and support of Fr.
Alfons Schumacher Ofm .
